With the recent outbreak of Mumps in the United States, the debate over vaccinations has been reawakened. Are vaccinations safe? Do children and babies need so many?

Smallpox, which killed two million as recently as 1967, no longer exists. Polio, down by over 90 percent worldwide, has been eliminated from the western hemisphere".
